Assets on a service interval
Each unit is an asset with a next-service date, so the work that has to happen whether or not anybody remembers it turns into a job on the board rather than a phone call from an unhappy customer.
The air-conditioning configuration of the Pascoe Field Service platform - units on a service interval, jobs that fall due on their own, a refrigerant log and commissioning certificates. One configurable platform, not a separate product line.

Available now. PBS Air Con runs live at aircon.pascoesystems.co.uk as a demonstration on fabricated data — no real operator’s records are present. It is the air-conditioning configuration of the Pascoe Field Service platform, not a separate system. Access is arranged on request — ask us. Where each of our products stands is stated plainly.
Air-conditioning field service end to end: the units on a service interval, the jobs that fall due on their own, the refrigerant that has to be accounted for, and the certificate at the end of a visit.
Each unit is an asset with a next-service date, so the work that has to happen whether or not anybody remembers it turns into a job on the board rather than a phone call from an unhappy customer.
Reactive and planned jobs sit against the site and the asset they belong to, scheduled to an engineer, so the day is a plan rather than a list of missed calls.
Refrigerant added or recovered is recorded against the job and the unit, so what went where is a figure the system keeps rather than a note that gets lost.
A completed visit issues a commissioning or service certificate as a proper document, stored against the job it came from and produced on request rather than written up afterwards.
Air Con is not a separate product from Pascoe Field Service — it is the same platform configured for air-conditioning work. Choosing it does not mean a different system from a firm that also does boilers or electrical; it is one configurable platform.
F-gas and refrigerant handling are regulated. The software keeps the refrigerant record and issues the certificate; it does not confer F-gas registration or discharge the operator’s duties. Those stay with the competent, registered engineer.
Tell us how your air-conditioning service work is organised now and we will show you the demonstration against it, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
