Nearly everyone in this market hides behind “contact sales.” We don't. Every product has a clear price, and the more of the estate you run, the less each one costs. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Yearly costs less because one payment is cheaper to collect than twelve; we absorb the card fees rather than surcharge you. The one exception is PBS Policies, a single flat product: its yearly price is £575 — £25 less than paying monthly for a year, not two months free.

£149 one-off. £10 a month covers up to 5 units. Then £1.10 a unit a month for units 6 to 500, £0.90 for 501 to 5,000 and £0.60 above that - each rate only on the units in its band. 20 units is £26.50 a month; 221 units £247.60.

£199 one-off. Per engineer. Service certificates, field documents and the F-gas record included. PBS Air Con — this platform configured for air-conditioning work, with its fuller refrigerant log and commissioning certificates — is priced the same.
£6 / practitioner / month
£149 one-off. £6 per practitioner a month, never less than £10. Session notes, SEN reports, care plans and the parent portal included.
£12 / month
No setup fee. £12 a month flat. Counts as a product for the bundle discount; in a bundle it is never less than £10 a month, and never free.
£50 / month
No setup fee. £575 a year, all in — or £50 a month. Editable templates for your policies, RAMS, risk assessments, registers, handbooks and toolbox talks, with your business filled in throughout. It produces paperwork; it certifies nobody — you approve your own documents. (Yearly is £575 rather than 12 months at £50 because it is cheaper to collect one payment than twelve.)
£5 first till · £3 each extra · £10 minimum
No setup fee. £5 a month for your first active till — a till that rang a sale that month — and £3 for each extra one, never less than £10 a month. Back office, online ordering and the driver app are free and unlimited.
£15 / holding / month
No setup fee. Free up to 25 animals. Above that, £15 a month per holding with unlimited animals — £150 a year.

No setup fee. £25 a month for one vehicle. From two vehicles, £19 per vehicle a month.

No setup fee. £149 a month including 5 vehicles, and £18 a month for each vehicle beyond five; unlimited office users. Yearly: £1,490 including 5 vehicles, and £180 for each extra one.

No setup fee. £5 per device a month, never less than £10, capped at 6 devices a venue — never more than £30 a venue.
