pascoesystems.co.uk is operated by Pascoe Business Systems. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who you are dealing with
The supplier behind this site and its software is Jarrad Pascoe, a sole trader trading as Oakland Construction & Maintenance and as Pascoe Business Systems. The business is not a limited company, so there is no company registration number. Based in England and Wales.
What is described here
The pages on this site describe the capability of our software as it stands at the date shown. They are an accurate description, not a contractual specification. Nothing on this site forms an offer or a binding commitment; any supply of software is governed by a separate written agreement.
Where a product is described as planned or in development, that is a statement of intent and not a commitment to build it, to a date, or to any particular capability.
Intellectual property
The Pascoe Business Systems name, logo, brand assets and the content of this site are our property. You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce our brand assets, present our content as your own, or use either to promote another product.
Links
Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content. That includes the addresses at which our own applications are hosted, which are separate services governed by separate agreements.
Our applications
Each of our applications — Pascoes Property, SiteLedger, PBS Accounts, Pascoe Field Service, PBS Policies, PBS Farmstock, PBS Livestock, PBS Shop, PBS Air Con, PBS Care, PBS Delivery, PBS Haulage, PBS Minutes and Free compliance tools — is supplied under its own written agreement, and that agreement, not this website, governs how you use it.
One rule is stated here because it concerns people who are not our customers: in PBS Care, session notes are shared with a parent or guardian once they are signed off, and a draft note is shared only at the practitioner's discretion, when a guardian asks. This does not affect anyone's legal right of access to personal data: see the privacy notice for how to make a subject access request.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw any page without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
