Pascoe Business Systems builds operational software for businesses that have outgrown the spreadsheet. Each product is its own system, with its own customers and its own workflows. They are built to the same engineering standard, and they are not the same product wearing different colours.
Two products are live, with accounts issued on request. Six run as a private pilot, with accounts issued by an administrator. Six more run as a live demonstration on fabricated data. One is a free tool that runs in the browser with no sign-in. One is in development. We would rather say so than imply otherwise, and nothing on this page is written by hand — each state below comes from the record we keep of what is actually deployed.

Software for fallen-stock collectors anywhere in the UK - the farmer's request, the collection job, the movement record each carcase needs, and the account behind it. First in use on the Isle of Wight.
Fallen-stock collectors and the farms they serve. It produces the movement paperwork a carcase needs; it does not replace the statutory record a keeper must hold.

Anyone in construction or field trades who wants a quick, honest tool without an account.
They share an engineering standard, a security posture and a deployment discipline. Each product has its own schema, its own access rules and its own user interface. Two pairs run on a shared database server — PBS Livestock with PBS Shop, and PBS Accounts with Pascoe Field Service — each in its own schema on that server.
A customer can buy a single product and use it on its own. Nothing here requires you to take the rest, and nothing stops working if you do not.
Each product holds its own records under its own permission model. One product cannot read another’s records. Where two products share a database server, a fault on that server is a fault for both — separate schemas shrink the blast radius, they do not remove it.
A site manager, a property manager and a service engineer do not use the same words for the same thing. Each product keeps its own terminology rather than being flattened into a shared one.
