Put your business into a document and see what comes out

Four sample documents from PBS Policies, with a worked example already in them. Type your own details on the left and they are substituted through the document as you type. Change any of the wording on the page, then take it away as a Word file or print it.

What this is. A demonstration on four short samples — not the library. The full set runs to policies, staff handbooks, risk assessments and around five hundred toolbox talks, and it is behind a sign-in. Nothing you type here leaves your browser, the logo included. These documents make nobody compliant and are not a substitute for a competent person's assessment.

What the real thing adds

The bench above is four documents and one set of details. The application is the same idea at the size a business actually needs it.

The whole library, not four samples

Policies, staff handbooks, risk assessments, registers and around five hundred toolbox talks written for civils construction. You are cutting what does not apply rather than writing from nothing. The wording is still being written, by hand, so treat it as a strong starting point rather than a finished set.

Your details, entered once

Company name, trading name, the people who sign things off, your labels and your logo go in once and carry through every document, so the pack reads as one business's paperwork instead of forms from different places.

It keeps your version

On the bench your edits live until you reload. In the application the amended document is the one that is there next time, which is the difference between a demonstration and a document set you can actually maintain.

Still not a certificate

It produces your documents. It does not assess your business, inspect your sites, approve anything or make you compliant — no software can, and any that says otherwise is selling you a feeling.
