Live — accounts on request
Pascoes Property
Property and estate operations - portfolio, occupiers, tenancies, repairs, contractors, tasks, deposits and finance in one record, with role-based access and an audit trail.
One operational record instead of nine spreadsheets: a request becomes a task, a task leaves evidence, and every change is written to an audit trail you can produce.
| Unit | Occupier | Arrears | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flat 3, Meadow Court | Occupier row A | £0 | Let |
| Flat 7, Meadow Court | Occupier row B | £640 | 60 days |
| 2 Bridge Street | — | — | Void |
| Office 1, Quay House | Occupier row C | £0 | EICR due |
The same job lives in an inbox, a shared drive and three spreadsheets, and none of them agrees with the others.
When something changes, nobody can say who changed it, when, or what it was before.
Work slips because it is owned by memory, not by a system that chases it.
Every system we build works the same way underneath, whatever the records are called.
Tell us what you do and we will show you the one system for it — not a catalogue of thirteen.
Two products are deployed and in use today. Six run as a private pilot, with accounts issued by an administrator. Four more run as a live demonstration on fabricated data, and a set of free browser tools sits alongside them — everything is listed here at the stage it is actually at.
Live — accounts on request
Property and estate operations - portfolio, occupiers, tenancies, repairs, contractors, tasks, deposits and finance in one record, with role-based access and an audit trail.
Private pilot
Construction finance and project control - projects, subcontractors, valuations, supplier statements, invoices, variations and retentions, with the paperwork attached to the money it belongs to.
Private pilot
Accounting workflow as a standalone system - the ledger, statement and reconciliation work that the operational products currently each do for themselves.
Private pilot
Field operations and workforce management - jobs, scheduling, engineers on site, checklists, photographs, signatures, and the recurring compliance work that has to happen whether or not anybody remembers it.
Private pilot
Your own branded policy pack, handbooks, risk assessments and toolbox talks - produced in the browser from a starter library for civils construction, with your business substituted throughout, then downloaded.
Live — accounts on request
Software for fallen-stock collectors anywhere in the UK - the farmer's request, the collection job, the movement record each carcase needs, and the account behind it. First in use on the Isle of Wight.
Demonstration only
Livestock herd management - an animal register searched by ear tag or barcode, with health and treatment, breeding, deaths and sales recorded against each animal, under one holding with an audit trail.
Demonstration only
Shop operations - a product register priced by the each or by the kilo and searched by name or barcode, the customers who run an account, and the orders behind the counter, under one shop with an audit trail.
Demonstration only
The air-conditioning configuration of the Pascoe Field Service platform - units on a service interval, jobs that fall due on their own, a refrigerant log and commissioning certificates. One configurable platform, not a separate product line.
Demonstration only
Practice software for children's therapy and SEN - clients and appointments, session notes each with who may read them, SEN reports that stay as approved, care plans, consent, safeguarding, and a portal where parents see what is shared with them. Shown as a live demonstration on fabricated data.
Private pilot
One job engine for every delivery, collection, exchange and hire, with costing that shows what each job is worth and what it actually cost to run.
Private pilot
Meetings, minutes and the documents that come out of them, kept together in one place.
Free tool
28 free tools that run in the browser with no sign-in, each at its own address: 25 site calculators that show their working, a HAV (hand-arm vibration) exposure calculator, a 6x6 risk-matrix calculator, and a 'what accreditation do I need?' checker. Guidance only - they make nobody compliant.

That question is easy to ask and expensive to answer badly. Our products record the answer as work happens rather than asking someone to reconstruct it afterwards.
Pascoe Business Systems was founded by Jarrad Pascoe after years spent building businesses, managing operations and working at the sharp end of property, construction and field services — including on the tools.
That experience shaped a simple philosophy: business software should reflect what actually happens, not what a flowchart assumes happens. The gap between the two is where the cost hides.
Just as much as the person reading the report. A system that is excellent for a director and painful for the person in the field will eventually produce data nobody can rely on, so ours are designed from the ground up as well as from the boardroom down.
Pascoe Business Systems builds specialist platforms intended to connect the field, the office and the commercial reality behind both. Built from experience. Designed for control.
The most useful first conversation is a short one: what you run, and where the work currently goes missing. If none of our products is the right fit we will say so.
