What it does

An animal register you can actually search, from the ear tag or barcode on the beast in front of you to the health, breeding and sale history behind it.

Find an animal fast

Search the register by ear tag or by barcode and land on the one animal, not a spreadsheet you have to scroll. Add a new animal in the yard and it is found by its barcode straight away.

Health and treatment

Record a health concern and the treatment against the animal it happened to, with the withdrawal date kept where you will see it, rather than written on a board that gets wiped.

Breeding, deaths and sales

The events that change what an animal is — expecting, a death with its cause, a sale with who it went to — are logged against the animal and move its status, so the register reflects the herd as it actually is.

One holding’s records, kept together

Every record sits under one holding with role-based access and an audit trail, so the history of an animal is one place, not four notebooks and a phone full of photos.

What it is not

It does not make anybody compliant

Livestock keeping is a regulated activity. PBS Livestock keeps the record; it does not discharge a keeper’s statutory duty to record and report movements, deaths or medicine use. The duty stays with the keeper, and the software is a tool for meeting it, not a substitute for it.

It is not a veterinary system

It is the herd register and its history, shown here on fabricated demonstration data. Clinical decisions and the statutory movement record are the keeper’s and their vet’s, not the software’s.

If this is the work you run

Tell us how you keep your herd records now and we will show you the demonstration against it, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
