What it does
One engine for every rhythm of meeting - stand-up, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
Decisions with their vote
What was decided, the outcome, who proposed and who seconded it - chosen from the people at the meeting - and the vote for, against and abstained. Where no vote was taken the minutes say so, rather than recording one nobody backed.
Actions belong to people
An action is owned by a person, not a login, so it stays with them.
Minutes that become the record
Draft minutes as a PDF, made from the record: attendance, agenda, decisions with their votes, and actions. Mark them circulated, then approved - and the approved document is attached to the meeting, says who approved it and when, and the meeting can no longer be changed.
What it does not do yet
Some screens are not built
The work registry, documents and people screens are not built yet - the product says so where they would be.
It does not send the minutes for you
Transcription, remote meetings and emailing the minutes are not in the product yet. Nothing in it will tell you a message was sent.
