Who it is for

Built for operations that have outgrown the spreadsheet

Different work, the same underlying problem: more than one person acting on the same records, and no single place that holds what happened. That is what every system we build is for, whether the records are units, projects, jobs or ledgers.

I let property

Units, tenancies, repairs, compliance and the money — one record for a portfolio.

  • Track units, tenancies and occupiers in one register
  • Repairs and compliance certificates with their due dates
  • Rent, arrears and deposits, with an audit trail
I run building work

Take-off, estimates, valuations, the site diary and your policy pack — from tender to final account.

  • Take-off, estimates and a bill of quantities
  • Valuations, variations and the site diary
  • Your policy and risk-assessment pack alongside the job
I send engineers out

The day's visits, the service sheet, the certificate and the F-gas record — captured on site, synced when there's signal.

  • The day's visits on the engineer's phone, offline-ready
  • Service sheets, certificates and the F-gas record
  • The office board: raise, schedule and chase work
I farm, or keep livestock

The herd register, withdrawal periods, fallen-stock collections and the paperwork at the gate.

  • A herd register by ear tag, with withdrawal periods
  • Fallen-stock collections and the paperwork at the gate
  • A farm shop counter for what you sell direct
I run care visits

Clients, practitioners, care plans and session notes — with a locked-down access model.

  • Appointments, clients and practitioners
  • Care plans and session notes with per-note visibility
  • Safeguarding and consent, recorded properly
I sell over a counter

Products with real photographs, stock, the account customers and the orders behind the counter.

  • Products with real photographs and stock levels
  • Account customers and the orders behind the counter
  • An honest record of every stock change

Fourteen kinds of operation we build for

Each of these is a separate product with its own terminology, not one system with a settings screen per industry. Thirteen of them are available today; where one is not, the card says so.

Live — accounts on request

Pascoes Property

For portfolio landlords, business parks, managing agents and maintenance teams.

More than one person acts on the same portfolio, and somebody eventually has to prove what happened: which deposits are protected, which repairs are open, which tenancies are ending, and which occupier a cost belongs to.

Private pilot

SiteLedger

For contractors and commercial teams.

The money and the paperwork live in different places. Valuations, variations, retentions and supplier statements are each somebody’s spreadsheet, and the answer to what a job actually made arrives long after it could have changed anything.

Private pilot

PBS Accounts

For contractors and commercial teams reconciling supplier statements. Not a general ledger and not a bookkeeping package.

The ledger, statement and reconciliation work that each operational system currently does for itself.

Private pilot

Pascoe Field Service

For field service operations running reactive, installation and planned maintenance work.

Work is dispatched, done and evidenced in three different places. Who was sent, what they found, what they fitted, what the customer signed, and which recurring visit is now due again - each of them lives somewhere different, and one of them is a phone.

Private pilot

PBS Policies

For civils and construction businesses that need their own documents rather than a generic template pack. It produces paperwork; it certifies nobody.

Your own branded policy pack, handbooks, risk assessments and toolbox talks - produced in the browser from a starter library for civils construction, with your business substituted throughout, then downloaded.

Live — accounts on request

PBS Farmstock

For fallen-stock collectors and the farms they serve. It produces the movement paperwork a carcase needs; it does not replace the statutory record a keeper must hold.

Software for fallen-stock collectors anywhere in the UK - the farmer's request, the collection job, the movement record each carcase needs, and the account behind it. First in use on the Isle of Wight.

Demonstration only

PBS Livestock

For livestock keepers who currently run the herd record in notebooks and a spreadsheet. It is not a veterinary system and it does not replace the statutory movement record.

Livestock herd management - an animal register searched by ear tag or barcode, with health and treatment, breeding, deaths and sales recorded against each animal, under one holding with an audit trail.

Demonstration only

PBS Shop

For small shops and retailers (including farm shops) who currently run products and orders on a till roll and a book. Not a full EPOS or a bookkeeping package.

Shop operations - a product register priced by the each or by the kilo and searched by name or barcode, the customers who run an account, and the orders behind the counter, under one shop with an audit trail.

Demonstration only

PBS Air Con

For air-conditioning service and maintenance operations. It is Pascoe Field Service configured for air con, not a different system.

The air-conditioning configuration of the Pascoe Field Service platform - units on a service interval, jobs that fall due on their own, a refrigerant log and commissioning certificates. One configurable platform, not a separate product line.

Demonstration only

PBS Care

For children's therapy and SEN practices: therapists and practitioners who keep notes and reports about children and share some of them with parents.

Practice software for children's therapy and SEN - clients and appointments, session notes each with who may read them, SEN reports that stay as approved, care plans, consent, safeguarding, and a portal where parents see what is shared with them. Shown as a live demonstration on fabricated data.

Private pilot

PBS Delivery

For couriers, hauliers, plant and tool hire, and any operation running delivery, collection, exchange or hire jobs.

One job engine for every delivery, collection, exchange and hire, with costing that shows what each job is worth and what it actually cost to run.

Private pilot

PBS Minutes

For teams and boards that run meetings and need the minutes, actions and resulting documents in one record.

Meetings, minutes and the documents that come out of them, kept together in one place.

In development

PBS Bar

For pubs and bars that run a till, tables and bookings. It is not a card terminal and it does not print.

The till, the floor, the bookings and the books for a pub: tabs that stay open through the rounds, table bookings that find a table, split bills, and a Z reading that shows what was rung up and not paid.

In development. There is nothing to sign up to yet. If this is you, tell us what you run – it is how we decide what to build next.

Free tool

Free compliance tools

For anyone in construction or field trades who wants a quick, honest tool without an account.

28 free tools that run in the browser with no sign-in, each at its own address: 25 site calculators that show their working, a HAV (hand-arm vibration) exposure calculator, a 6x6 risk-matrix calculator, and a 'what accreditation do I need?' checker. Guidance only - they make nobody compliant.

Where we are probably not the answer

Being clear about this saves everybody time.

  • One person, working alone, with nobody else acting on the same records. A spreadsheet is genuinely fine, and we will say so.
  • An organisation that needs a full accounting ledger today. Our products track cases, transactions and allocations; the standalone accounting system is planned and is not being built yet, so today that would mean keeping your existing one.
  • Anyone looking for a seventh tool to add alongside the six they already use. These systems are intended to replace, not accumulate.
  • Anyone who needs a certified compliance product. We build software that records what happened and makes it provable; recording a status is not the same as certifying it, and we will not pretend otherwise.
